1. Who we are

Dildoes UK (dildoes.co.uk) is operated by AJC Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11585881. Contact: orders@dildoes.co.uk.

These terms apply to all orders placed on this site. Please read them before ordering, together with our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Adults only

This site sells adult products. You must be 18 or over to use it or place an order.

3. Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If so, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we find a clear pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Dispatch times and delivery options are set out in our Shipping Policy. Items are your responsibility once delivered.

6. Cancelling and returning

You can cancel and return unopened items as set out in our Returns Policy. For hygiene reasons, items can't be returned once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.

7. Your legal rights

We're required to supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. For advice, contact Citizens Advice.

8. Using our products safely

Please follow any instructions supplied, clean products before and after use, and use a compatible lubricant. Stop using a product if you experience pain or discomfort. Information on this site is general guidance and isn't medical advice.

9. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.

10. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as Royal Mail disruption or severe weather. We'll tell you if this affects your order and do our best to minimise any delay.

11. Reviews and content you send us

If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest and lawful. You give us permission to publish it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or breaches these terms.

12. Our content

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
