Can I cancel my order? – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Because Dildoes UK offers fast 48-hour delivery, orders are processed automatically within minutes of being placed. This unfortunately means we’re unable to cancel orders once they’re confirmed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
I made a mistake with my address or won’t be available for delivery—can you update it?
We’re unable to make changes as our fulfilment process is fully automated. However, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link once your parcel ships. You can use that link to contact Royal Mail directly to request delivery adjustments or arrange collection.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we’ve discontinued shipping outside the UK.
Can I amend my order after it’s placed?
As orders are packed and dispatched extremely quickly to meet our 48-hour delivery promise, we’re not able to amend or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. We recommend reviewing your basket carefully before purchasing.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are processed the same day and dispatched from our warehouse for delivery within 2 working days.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked and signed 48-hour delivery, so you can usually expect your parcel within 2 business days.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
All deliveries are tracked door to door, so delays are very rare. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your shipment in real time.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item(s)?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the products, and any relevant details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
You’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note we’re unable to offer exchanges.
Can I have my order delivered to a locker?
Our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you plan to ship to a locker, please confirm in advance that your locker provider can accept signed parcels on your behalf.
